September/October 2022:

After years of dreaming, scheming, planning, appealing and applying: Building Permit Received!

We are thrilled to be working with the world class builders over at local firm: John Hummel and Associates

The work finally begins... (boldly underlined and italicized ... we simply can't constrain our enthusiasm)

Protecting the wetlands and clearing the site for construction

November/December 2022:

Caretaker's Cottage: demolished; old slab excavated to make way for the new structure's foundation

White Barn: interior demo is complete; structural framing work begins

White Barn: existing slab is excavated and framing work continues
Caretaker's Cottage: new foundation poured
